Registration fees

Regular fee (includes dinner on Thursday and lunch on Friday):

Full fee: 180 EUR
Early-bird fee (by September 23rd .   *** EXTENDED ***): 140 EUR

Student fee:

Regular (includes dinner on Thursday and lunch on Friday): 60 EUR
Reduced (includes lunch on Friday but no dinner on Thursday): 22 EUR
First day only (does not include dinner on Thursday): free

Additional coupon for dinner: 40 EUR

Cancellation policy

Until September 23rd 2025 we can refund 85% of the the fees. For the cancellation between September 23rd and until September 26th, 2025 we can refund 50%. From September 26th, 2025 there is no refund.

Note, if you are registering as a regular participant, the Early Bird registration was extended till September 23rd. In this period please disregard the amount in the form, which is 180 EUIR as it should be 140 EUR,

Visa application

If you need an invitation letter only, please submit the following information to international@famnit.upr.si:

  • full official name (as written in the passport), and
  • affiliation (institution) and address.

If you also need a guarantee letter, please also include the following information:

  • date of birth,
  • passport number and validity, and
  • citizenship.

Generally, the official letter is often enough for visa application, however, some embassies might also request a guarantee letter. Please check with the embassy responsible for your case beforehand.
